Group perfect getaway
The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering us an unexpected room upgrade which was a nice surprise after our long travel day. Plus, the ambiance was cozy, especially at the hotel bar where we enjoyed a classy charcuterie platter and drinks that made us feel right at home.
It wasn’t exactly a budget choice, but still reasonable for what you get.

the hotel had a charmingly outdated decor, which just screamed ‘grandma’s house’, not an appealing nod to vintage. Plus, my room felt like a cell—who doesn’t love looking at a wall? i asked for an early check-in, but was met with unmoving rigidity. honestly, i almost wrote a glowing review, but couldn’t ignore these disappointments.

I stayed in a Comfort Queen Room, which was exceptionally clean and featured beautiful decor. The manager was incredibly attentive and provided a chair for my wife's use in the shower room. We also enjoyed a fantastic meal at the on-site Brasserie, where the food was stunningly good.
The clear plastic chairs in the breakfast area felt out of place.

This hotel is perfect for families! We enjoyed the lovely decor in our room, and my daughter loved the Nespresso machine. The location was an absolute win for exploring the city, especially the nearby summer festivals that were a blast.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly options on the menu.

Charming, Charming, Charming
I fell in love with the hotel's charming blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. The moment I stepped into my Deluxe Queen Room, I was enchanted by the luxurious decor with padded fabric walls and stunning antique fixtures. A hidden gem was the amazing brunch—it was the best decision to indulge in every morning, leaving me energized for a day of exploring!

During my recent three-night stay in a Deluxe Queen Room, I truly appreciated the hotel's elegant blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The brunch offerings were a delightful treat, especially for someone who enjoys quality dining experiences. Though the communal areas could use more liveliness, it only slightly detracted from my overall enjoyment in this lovely hotel, conveniently located just steps from the heart of Toulouse.

beautiful hotel,, but lacks vibrant atmosphere
I truly enjoyed the elegant decor of my Deluxe Queen Room, which perfectly blended historic charm with modern comfort. The brunch offerings were exceptional. each dish was carefully prepared, and I found myself savoring every bite. The hotel's location was a dream, just steps away from vibrant city life, making exploration so easy. I must add that the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff really stood out during my stay.
The common areas felt a bit too quiet at times, which detracted from the overall ambiance.
